Every soul determines it´s own life plan before incarnation, with the purpose to experience and learn about chosen soul aspects. After the birth the memories about the plan recede and just through our intuition we can follow the purposed plan for a personal fullfilment.
But in modern life of material world, the most of us unlearned to listen to the voice of our heart and the more we distance from our purpose, than more the higher self struggles for attention.
Disease and depression is a symbolic language of our body to increase consciousness. It´s about to recognise patterns and blockades and dissolve them, clean up with old emotions and make space for new.

In our retreat we provide you the possibility to figure out your purpose of life and get knowledge about your potentials. But also about the personal challenges you have to manage and how you can master them happily.
To raise consciousness on a higher frequency, it´s important to tune in your self and your environment. With purification of the body through natural food, yoga and energy healing, we bring your energy in flow.
Nutrition
The three daily main meals are prepared by our team, including seasonal fruits and vegetables from the region and self-collected wild herbs and flowers. There are fresh juices and smoothies and we prepare healthy & delicious wholefood dishes for you

A Reading provides deeper insights and helps to gain a better understanding of oneself and to reveal one's powers and strengthen one's inner knowing.

On the excursion to the power place Es Vedrá you will get to know the wonderful island of Ibiza from its magical side. Let yourself be impressed by the unknown, mystical Ibiza!
Yoga
Our practiced Yoga is a composition of different types. The pleasant rhythm pick up every participant from his own point of physical condition. With Asanas, Pranayama and guided meditations we activate the chakras and bring our energy in flow.
Energy Healing
A Healing helps to establish harmony and fluidity on an energetic level, it can help one to feel more physically, emotionally, and mentally stable. A Healing allows us to feel more in contact with ourselves and can help in recovering from a sickness or a medical intervention and can reduce mental confusion, it can let us be more enthusiastic, fitter and at the same time more relaxed.
Natural Remedy
On a herbal hike we collect treasures from the plant and mineral world and process it into home remedies. This can be, for example, herbal salt for the kitchen, a body oil with plant extract and essential oils, a tea mixture for the cold season, a face mask from healing clay or flavored bath salts.
Intuition & Energy Work
Through meditative exercises, chakra work and the discovery and development of different tools from energy work, we train intuitive perception and establish a connection to our master consciousness.

In case of cancellation, the paid amount will be held as a credit note and can be redeemed at another time. A cancellation fee of €90 will be deducted.

Who is guiding the Retreat?
I'm Laura Lindner, a mid-thirties mom of three children. I am the founder of Ethno Ibiza Holidays, together with my husband Francisco we run this family business for alternative vacations in Ibiza now since 2014.
My great passion is to understand spirituality and energetics.
Through a autodidactic study of anthroposophy and training at a gnostic school of intuition, I have acquired a deeper understanding of the spiritual world and the connections with life.
I see my life's purpose in creating an awareness of this subtle world and to help people to perceive this and thereby consciously work on themselves and their own environment.
